Samsung needed to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their brands vs competitors in real time and identify the new needs in the TV and mobile categories.
We used Samy Advocacy Index, our monthly report to analyze the social reputations of their brands, product experience and content performance. By this we discovered unknown conversations about Samsung products and new consumer groups that were targeted by an anual influencer plan.
