Holiday Jam: Mastering Shoppertainment
CHALLENGE
As the holiday season approached, Crocs wanted to create a festive, fully immersive activation that would drive awareness and excitement for their Classic & Lined Clogs with Jibbitz personalization. The goal was to tap into audiences’ love for DIY charm decorating and inspire the concept of Crocs decorating parties during the holiday season. The activation needed to be organic and focused on Twitch, with additional amplification through Instagram and TikTok to engage with a Gen-Z target audience.
SOLUTION
To bring this vision to life, we developed the #CrocsHolidayJam Twitch TikTok Campaign, a one-shot activation featuring HoneyPuu, one of the biggest Twitch streamers in Germany. Her playful and approachable personality made her the perfect creator to authentically engage her community while showcasing the fun of Crocs personalization.
HoneyPuu hosted a festive, interactive Twitch stream where she decorated Crocs with a variety of Jibbitz charms, inviting her friends and community to join in the fun. The campaign extended beyond Twitch with anticipation-building content on Instagram Stories and engaging TikTok assets to maximize reach and engagement.
With #CrocsHolidayJam, we successfully merged the playful ethos of Crocs with the dynamic world of Twitch, creating a festive brand moment that left a lasting impression.

RESULTS
The #CrocsHolidayJam Twitch TikTok Campaign was more than just an influencer activation—HoneyPuu brought Crocs to life with authenticity and joy, creating a brand experience that resonated deeply with her audience. The numbers speak for themselves:
- Total Reach: Over 413,000 users across Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok
- Total Interactions: 10,000+
Instagram:
- 284.30K reach
- 292.30K views
- 4.84K interactions
Twitch:
- 140.40K views
- Live views peaked between 4,200–4,700 (more than double her usual audience)
- German viewers dominated the chat, hitting the target audience spot on
TikTok:
- 42.96K reach
- 62.72K impressions
Beyond the metrics, this campaign succeeded in fostering a genuine sense of community around the Crocs brand. The DIY charm decorating, vibrant storytelling, and extended post-stream content reinforced Crocs’ playful, inclusive identity.
