At Samy, we are proud to announced the incorporation of Gonzalo Sánchez-Taíz, until a few months ago general manager of the McCann agency in Spain, as VP Global Growth. The executive will be involved in all projects related to the group’s growth, both organically and inorganically, nationally and internationally.
A graduate in Law with an MBA from IESE, Sánchez-Taíz has spent more than two thirds of his professional career at the front of the McCann agency in Spain.
Previously, he was Marketing Director at Electronic Arts Software. He also held various positions in the marketing teams of Tabacalera and the PEPSICO group.

The new VP Global Growth holds a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid and has extensive training in the field of digital management. He has also won several awards in his more than 28 years in management positions, including the Ondas National Radio Advertising Award for Best Agency of the Year in 2016.
Patricia Ratia, Co-Founder and CFO of Samy, stated that “the addition of Gonzalo will be a strong boost to our growth, both in terms of client portfolio and in terms of setting strategies on how to improve and complement our current services”.
