We are looking for a Brand Strategist to join our team!


  • Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for a range of clients
  • Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining a continuous communication with all stakeholders
  • Effectively connect with clients, understanding their needs and cooperate with them
  • Maintain high levels of sales activities through exceptional organization and time management
  • Bring C-level relationships at top brands, agencies and publishers
  • Close deals with existing relationships
  • Influencer strategy and management



  • Between 2 and 5 years of relevant hybrid experience of marketing, strategy and creativity ideally in consumer goods, online marketing, or agency environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Great organizational and analytical skills
  • Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • High energy and can-do attitude
  • Goal-oriented and fast-learning and autonomous worker
  • A good network of relationships at top brands and/or agencies
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing: scouting, management, negotiation, good relationship is a plus
  • English necessary, any other language is a plus

About the position:

The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the relationships between key players and Samy, offering the whole range of services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenues by achieving annual targets.
  • Become a cutting edge marketing consultant.
  • Search for new opportunities in key customers.
  • Build long term relationships, looking always for matching customer needs with Samy services.
  • Co-formulating account plans.
  • Translate customer requirements into the organization.
  • Long term strategy development.


Desired Skills and Experience

In order to perform the position successfully the candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • University Degree / MBA is a plus;
  • At least 8 years of experience in positions either in marketing or sales;
  • Online Advertising Company (Influencer Marketing and/or Content Marketing) experience;
  • FMCG experience as CMO or Marketing Director is also a plus;
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to develop, pitch, and maintain relationships with leading
  • brands and strategic partners;
  • Top Regional Advertisers contacts would be a plus;
  • Closure skills;
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and able to build strong internal and external relationships;
  • “Hands on” and Entrepreneurial thinker;
  • Persuasive communication skills;
  • Result driven attitude;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Languages: Spanish Native, Fluent in English (spoken/ written);
